EOGC is a PPA financing partner for solar + storage infrastructure in commercial, industrial and infrastructure assets located in high-cost energy markets. We structure, finance and own solar + storage infrastructure projects so our partners can reduce energy costs and improve reliability without upfront capex. We work with asset owners, developers and EPC companies to turn viable energy opportunities into bankable, operational assets. Our model removes funding barriers while ensuring disciplined execution and long-term performance.
Our founding partners bring together experience across solar, infrastructure investment, commercial leadership, procurement and strategy. Active in the PV industry since 2014, the team has built substantial project experience in the Maldives since 2018, with more than 15 MWp and 13 MWh delivered. That background shapes a model built around financed PV and battery storage solutions that are commercially sound, technically robust and practical to execute in demanding environments. For customers, this means a partner whose focus extends beyond financing to long-term plant quality, reliability and performance. For EPC partners, it means working with a counterparty that understands delivery, bankability and asset quality as part of the same project

How it works
From opportunity to operating asset

1. Project review
Submit your project or opportunity. We assess commercial viability, energy profile and market conditions.

2. Design & Engineering
We evaluate the technical requirements of the project, including site conditions, system sizing, energy production and integration requirements.

3. PPA Structuring & Contracting
If the project is suitable, we structure the long-term PPA and associated project agreements, defining pricing, responsibilities and delivery scope.

4. Delivery & Commissioning
The solar + storage infrastructure is engineered, delivered and commissioned by qualified EPC partners, either working directly with the customer or in partnership with EOGC.

5. Long-term operation
EOGC owns and manages the asset while our customers receive reliable energy through the agreed PPA.
